Rules.

By following these rules, we can ensure a safe, clean, and respectful training environment for everyone.

If you are dirty, take a shower before training and always wash your training clothes and belt after each session to maintain hygiene.

Ensure both fingernails and toenails are trimmed short to avoid injuries.

This helps maintain privacy, respect the previous and next groups, and leave the mat to them.

Use sandals when transitioning between areas to avoid bringing dirt onto the mat.

Remove all accessories to prevent injuries.

Ensure your training attire does not have zippers to avoid causing scratches or injuries.

If you arrive late, ask permission from the instructor at the edge of the mat before joining the session.
