    Required if you're new to the sport. Over the course you learn fundamental techniques, takedowns, and basic positions safely with your own group.

    Occasionally we bring in a visiting instructor for a 3–4 hour deep drill. Topics suit every level — leg locks, back attacks, competition technique.
