Basics course in Brazilian Jiujitsu and submission wrestling starts on Tuesday 15.9.2026 and ends on Saturday 7.11.2026.
You'll learn some of the basic techniques for both sports during the course. The course will also provide you with a foundation that allows you to continue training in our normal training sessions when the course has ended. You'll need e.g. shorts, a t-shirt, a water bottle, sandals and a towel, and later a mouthgurad and a protective cup.
Former knowledge from combat sports is not needed.
The course is limited to those born in 2011 or earlier!
Schedule:
Tuesdays 19:00-21:00
Saturdays 14:00-16:00
You can train without paying for the first two training sessions, but after that you need to have a membership at Wasamove.
